Abstract :
Decision-feedback suffers from the problem that wrong decisions deteriorate further decisions by increasing the interference in the observation. MMSE-optimal feedback minimizes this residual interference power. Applications include decision-feedback equalization and delay estimation in code-division multiple-access (CDMA) systems
