Abstract :
With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises put more and more emphasis on R&D activities, and the ability of independent innovation becomes the core competitiveness of the enterprises. As the main part of technical innovation team, the R&D personal has become more and more highly valued by the entrepreneurs. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation framework of innovation performance based-on the study of R&D personnel´s characteristic, and calculates the weight of each index and R&D personnel´s achievements by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The result indicates that this assessment method is objective. The result can be used in R&D personnel´s performance appraisal to enhance the level of human resource management.
