Abstract :
This paper introduces the present situation of the local e-government practice in China with a survey of the G2C practice of "Changxing County". The definition of the survey was analyzed in detail, SPSS statistical software has been used to deal with the questionnaire data collection, and the Changxing county G2C e-government-building results have been proved. Finally, this paper summarizes the research on G2C e-government practice in Changxing County with SWOT matrix and puts forward the strategies to develop the G2C e-government.
