Abstract :
The paper applies an evolutionary perspective to the study of clusters by analyzing the knowledge learning process from both local and global linkages of entrepreneurs within the cluster. It explores the entrepreneur´ s venture creation process in high-technology industry cluster, demonstrated the co-existence of high levels of both internal and external linkages of a local entrepreneur can greatly affects entrepreneur innovation development and the possibility for the cluster to undertake technology upgrade. Across this phase the paper constructed a numerical simulation in order to simulate various stages of knowledge learning.
