Abstract :
In this paper, the evaluation method of absorber reflectivity using the antenna with the high reflection coefficient has been proposed. Since the previously-used equation for calculating the reflectivity of the absorber shows the error when the poorly-mismatched antenna is utilized, the new equation is derived base on the multiple reflection analysis and three simultaneous equations. The derived equation includes the reflection coefficient of the antenna. The proposed method was verified through the simulated results. The method can be easily applied to the product examination by the absorber manufactureras well as the customer because of its simplicity and cost-effectiveness.
