Abstract :
1) Completed a functional partitioning of requirements, as this brief study did not allow time to develop a mature RTSP concept 2) These functional requirements must be defined to meet the operational needs while ensuring safety 3) Functional requirements specified in this analysis were developed based on judgments by Subject Matter Experts and represent order of magnitude values expected for future ICNS requirements 4) Considerably more work is needed for a validated set of functional requirements, particularly for ICNS as it relates to higher RASP/RTSP NextGen requirements definitions being envisioned - Requires moving one layer higher from CNS to consider various ground and air operational capabilities to enable performance-based 4DT operations of NextGen.
