Abstract :
Summary form only given. We report for the first time to our knowledge the possibility of 150-nm bandwidth amplification of images by noncollinear parametric amplification in BaB/sub 2/O/sub 4/ (BBO) with femtosecond pulses. Amplification of polychromatic images could reach several fields as three-dimensional (3D) objects measurement, time resolved fluorescence spectroscopy, or optical medical imaging and related fields to turbid media imaging.
