Establish consensus among stakeholders as to nature and identity of real world constraints. Provide clarity regarding legacy system constraints, technology vectors, and related market impacts to Next Gen Systems Architects. Success is achieved when avionics manufacturers, OEM´s, Airlines and NextGen Program roadmaps are consistent and achievable.
