  • Abstract
    A pseudo-spectral method is adopted instead of conventionally finding the derivative formulations before discretization in Asymptotic Waveform Evaluation (AWE) procedure. The complexity of Method of Moments(MOM) conjunction with this new implementation is generally much less than the conventional one. Furthermore, this pseudo-spectral method does not require finding the derivative of green functions with respect to frequency so that AWEcan be applied to the hybrid finite element - boundary integral - multilevel fast multipole algorithm (FE-BI-MLFMA).
