Abstract :
This paper designed an evaporation experimental system by simulating the liquid pool for the nitrogen tetroxide propellant leakage. Effects of wind, area of liquid pool, temperature and relative humidity on the evaporation rate of leakage nitrogen tetroxide were analyzed. The experiment result shows that the evaporation rate of nitrogen tetroxide increases with the increase of these factors. An evaporation rate model of leakage nitrogen tetroxide under the condition of storage was established, which helps the further research of nitrogen tetroxide diffusion and hazardous assessment.
