Abstract
Considerable attention has been given to organic semiconductors 1), 2) to develop organic field-effect transistors (OFETs), since they are expected to be applied in display thin film transistors (TFTs), RF-ID tags, and sensors. There has been much focus on printing devices by organic semiconductors 3), 4), because solution-processed and patterned thin films have been prepared in an ambient atmosphere with a higher production speed without using expensive apparatus such as vacuum chambers, exhaust pumps, mask-aligners.
