The Construction Strategies of Public Rental Housing Based on Energy Efficiency Mechanism

Energy Efficiency is the indispensable investment factor in the social economic growth. As a macroscopic direction to evaluate the energy effect, the energy efficiency mechanism is integrating into the actual operation of our urban development gradually from strategic perspective. As complementarities for Large-scale newly built, the construction of Public Rental Housing, which is at the exploration stage now, has to seek for more new mentalities based on the energy efficiency mechanism from advanced efficiency. This paper puts forward a new mode that we can build the Public Rental Housing by the way of existed residential renewal, which is aimed to solve the matching problem of energy efficiency and effectiveness, thereby making the social energy efficiency, economic energy efficiency and environmental energy efficiency harmony.
