Abstract :
Nanodevices development process is not well systematized. In order to support this development process, we have been working on an experimental record management system that aims at analyzing previous manufacturing experiments to provide an insight on future manufacturing. However, we found that experimental records do not have enough information for detailed analysis. In this paper, we propose an approach to extract extra information (metadata) from Nanodevices development papers that can enhance the analysis of experimental results.
