Abstract :
Results of a literature review indicate the lack of research which specifically investigates the issues regarding organizational performance (OP) in times of crisis. To fill this gap, this study aims to identify key OP drivers in times of crisis. A literature review and a case study analysis of multiple crises were conducted to identify key drivers of OP in times of crisis. A multi-perspective framework consisting of key drivers of OP in times of crisis was developed. The findings of this study can provide organizations with insights into how they can learn from their crises and improve their future performance with reference to their particular business concerns. Finally, since the proposed performance drivers were studied independently. Future research specifically examining the interrelationships between these drivers and CM practice of organizations is strongly encouraged.
