  • Abstract
Granular analysis method used by granular computation (GrC) is a relatively new area in computer science. And, there are much less philosophical studies for this analysis method. In this paper, we try to shed a new light to two philosophical perspectives of granular analysis: the reductionism and the structuralism, which has been proposed by Y.Y. Yao ([32], [33], [35], [36], [37]) by discussing the complex framework of the concept of logical structures in the development of modern logic.
