  • Abstract
This paper focuses on job performance of subcontractor workers in the construction industry. Every construction project requires the services of many professional subcontractors. The performance of subcontractor workers plays an important role in the quality of a construction project. Several demographic variables, such as age, education, number of children, and payment, affect the level of job performance, and are worthy of manager attention. The results of this study provide insight into the job performance of construction workers, and a base to address ways to improve worker performance to ensure the workforce.
