Abstract :
There are u main evaluation criteria, for each i ∈ {1,2,..., u}, under each ith criterion, there are ki second evaluation criteria,. These criteria are assessed by r experts with linguistic terms and transformed into corresponding triangular fuzzy numbers. Thus the weights can be derived from these criteria in the fuzzy sense. These criteria can be applied to evaluating the scores of n alternatives. The statistical data are used by fuzzy aggregation evaluation method based on combination of statistical and fuzzy concepts to choose the best alternative among the n alternatives.
