Abstract :
The digital PID control algorithm and adjustable thyristor voltage module are widely used in high power heater. The output characteristic is not satisfactory even in simple control. MCU control based on digital PID is a new attempt in high power heater. A MCU digital PID controller used in adjustable thyristor voltage module is introduced in this article. The design is used in low resistance, high power heater case. The results shows that output characteristic of the adjustable thyristor voltage module is improve greatly.
