Abstract :
Q-switched and Passively mode-locked Ce3+-Er3+-ZBLAN fiber laser was studied with a semiconductor saturable-absorber. Mode-locked output with short pulse train at a repetition rate of about 400 MHz matching with the cavity round trip time was obtained.
