The Analysis of Thermal Property for Bourg Dwellings in the Southern Area of Shaanxi Province in Winter

Based on the measurement results of indoor thermal elements for new and old bourg dwellings in southern area of Shaanxi province, by means of the effective analysis for indoor and outdoor air temperature and relative humidity, a conclusion is obtained that the major cause is low thermal property of building enclosure which contributed to the poor thermal environment and low thermal comfort. Series of measures are adopted to deal with this question which includeing enhancing the heat insulation of building enclosure, improving the air-tightness of the windows and doors, changing people´s behavior, and so on. This paper aimed to not only provide quantized reference for the contrast research to new and old bourg dwellings, also make reasonable proposal for new dwellings in this area under the regional climatic condition.
