Abstract :
Blade is the key part of the wind energy conversion system, its stress is the most complex, if designed unreasonable, it can not reach the service life we expected, even it may be fractured when it is working. That will bring serious economic losses to us. So analysis the load of the blade and change rules of blade structure have extremely vital significance. Based on 750KW wind energy conversion system working date, import it into the mathematical analysis software, analysis the blade stress and torque variation anytime and anywhere, obtain the intuitive load change spectrum. We can know the variation of load change information precisely, so as to improve the blade structure and the choice of the materials.
