Abstract :
In conclusion, a hermetically packaged lithium niobate polarization controller with good performance has been developed. The device has demonstrated excellent practicality and reliability for telecommunication systems. To the best of our knowledge, it is the first polarization controller that meets Telcordia reliability standard for fiber optic telecommunication equipment.
