Abstract :
The compact and stable delay circuits presented here will enable new optical transmission system experiments at single channel data rates of 160Gb/s and beyond. They are also considered as a first step and building block on the I way towards envisioned future realisation of compact hybrid integrated OTDM transmitter PLCs including active elements (e.g. fast modulators for data encoding).
