Abstract :
This we are all familiar from the words of motor vehicle manufacturers predicting the mileage of their products approximately, that are operating on SI, CI engines under constrained circumstances mileage on highway etc., Also we are already aware that motor vehicles displays the amount of fuel in the fuel tank by means of some indication like bars running through the E (empty) and F (full) indicators. The manufacturer provides the specification that each bar maps to the corresponding liters of fuel approximately. To the contrary every one of us might have experienced the problem with improper estimations of the current fuel level in the tank with the existing bars representation system. Rather it would not be Challenging effort to show the information regarding mileage, numerically, regarding barcodes. This paper aims at overcoming the drawbacks of this existing system by providing clear information to the user about the exact indication of fuel level digitally in liters and further distance to travel with the available fuel with respect to the different conditions of travelling such as in Highways and heavy traffic roads there by removing the ambiguity to the user about the above stated problems to the maximum extent.
