Abstract :
We numerically analyze characteristics of an all-optical 3R regenerator using the cascaded second-order nonlinear effect in the quasi-phase matched lithium niobate. Ultra-fast 3R operation at 200Gbps can be expected by using a 1-cm-long waveguide device.
