Abstract :
For the research of remanufacturing, scholars focus more on the problems such as the optimization of the procedure order and the formulation of production schedule while less work has been done on the control of the operation time during each process of waste remanufacturing. This text makes quantitative control on the time shifting of the waste in remanufacturing procedure under random environment, divides the treatment state of waste in the remanufacturing course into the transient state and absorbing state. The waste transits in the course of remanufacturing have been got. I make use of Markov process to get several time indexes, which have offered one mathematics tool for accelerating the value appreciation course of the waste.
