Abstract :
The reservoir immigrant is a great quantity of, organized and non-voluntary population migration caused by the construction of reservoir in the development of water resources use process. The appraisal of reservoir immigrant is aimed at the effect of the reservoir immigrant, which involves the aspects of the society, the economy, the resources, the ecology, the environment and so on. This appraisal with its own complexity and the particularity is different from the general project appraises, This article analyzes the multiplicity and the complexity of the existing reservoir index and establishes hierarchical structure model based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy in the dimensions of the social, the economical, the environment and the resources four dimension. The obtained result may carry on immigrant effect the longitudinal comparison in different years and on the crosswise comparison in the different locations. The results indicated the feasibility and the usability of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the reservoir immigrant appraises.
