S60.6 TMN in the next millennium: automating and delegating management processes

The deregulation and rapid changes of telecommunication networks present a demanding challenge to network operators: become more competitive by cutting cost and responding faster to their customers´ needs. Effective network management is considered to be a key to achieve these goals.
