Abstract
A low-cost and non-vacuum process by non-vacuum mechanochemical process (MCP), spin-coating route and selenization was demonstrated for fabrication of Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin films. Firstly, the CIGS particle precursors were synthesized by non-vacuum MCP. Subsequently, the CIGS films were synthesized via spin-coating and then selenium treatment. The obtained samples were systematically characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy (RS) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The phases of the CIGS precursor particles and films are typical chalcopyrite structure. The CIGS film structure is considerably improved by post-selenization.
