Abstract :
Electromagnetic structures which cannot easily be described by equivalent lumped element circuits, must be optimized at the field level using an appropriate combination of numerical field analysis and optimization programs. This paper shows how a typical 3D electromagnetic structure can be discretized and parametrized in a manner suitable for TLM analysis and optimization.<>
