Abstract :
According to the resonant tunneling effect, a novel three-waveguide wavelength demultiplexer is proposed. Simulated contrasts are 34.6 dB and 24.5 dB at wavelengths of 980-nm and 1550-nm for a device length of 442 μm, respectively.
