To: Attendees of the 2011 EIC

The 30th Electrical Insulation Conference (EIC) is being held in Annapolis, Maryland, USA on 5th to 8th June 2011. This conference is co-sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS) and National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). We have worked hard to bring together a strong technical program along with exhibits for your education and discussion. Over 183 abstracts were received, resulting in 117 papers to be presented over the four days of the conference. These papers span multiple practical applications of electrical insulation: machines, transformers, outdoor insulation, cables, substations, nano-materials and materials, including partial discharge and diagnostics of transformers, cables and machines.
