Abstract :
The delayed-feedback oscillators based on microfabricated folded-waveguide TWT are among new promising sources in sub-THz and THz band. The development of such devices necessitates the ability to simulate various nonstationary phenomena which are typical for their dynamics. We demonstrate the applicability of the nonstationary discrete theory for the modeling of delayed-feedback TWT-oscillator and present results of numerical simulation.
