Abstract :
The practical implementation of Saaty´s analytic hierarchy process for the decision making in vascular surgery is proposed. The mathematical modelling for decision making using both clinical parameters and quality of life data is described. The result of the work is algorithm for individual choice of the treatment method in patients with moderate lower limb ischemia due to atherosclerosis obliterans. This algorithm can be used in other fields of clinical medicine as well
