Abstract :
A new modified circular patch antenna resonating at much lower frequency compared to the ordinary circular patch antenna having the same radius is presented. The antenna also exhibits a wide variation in the input impedance along the circumference and hence can be matched with a microstrip feedline of any line impedance.<>
