Abstract :
As an important component of smart power grid, smart transmission line has played a decisive role in the construction of China´s smart power grid. In the paper, the characteristics of smart transmission line are introduced, the main status parameters of transmission line are given, the key technologies of transmission line state monitoring are analyzed, and a power line on-line monitoring system based on 3G, GPS and GIS is emphatically expounded. Finally, the paper summarizes research progress and development trend of smart transmission line technologies.
