Abstract :
Recently an interesting conversation between some field staff about misunderstandings of some responsibilities in their portion of work with clients, prompted me to think about an issue that creates conflicts in the project management process. The issue is that at times projects are structured in such a way that there are multiple project managers (PM´s) involved, and this opens the possibility where some responsibilities may not be fully or adequately defined.
