  • Abstract
    In this paper, through the analysis of the current development of Chinese sewage treatment industry, the BOT model is applied to operate the sewage treatment engineering. Because the sewage treatment engineering is a public infrastructure, it relies on the financial allocation and does not emphasize on the cost management. Therefore, this article focuses on the sewage treatment engineering cost based on the project financing mode to carry out a more detailed cost analysis.
