Abstract :
At present, there is no effective method for on-line monitoring of ultra-high voltage circuit breaker´s switching synchronization in GIS. In this paper, we aim to bring forward a feasible monitoring method by using vibration signal to monitor ultra-high voltage circuit breaker´s switching synchronization in GIS. To achieve purpose, a hardware circuit for on line vibration signal monitoring is designed. Thus, via analyzing the vibration signal produced during circuit breaker operation, the switching synchronization status of the circuit breaker can be obtained.
