Abstract
Tacit knowledge sharing is the basis and prerequisite of knowledge collecting, integrating and innovating, so is vital for consulting firms to survive and develop healthily. Static and repeated game models of knowledge sharing are constructed according to the measures of enhancing rewards, punishment and improving mutual trust between employees. The results indicate that these measures are effective for improving tacit knowledge sharing to a certain extent, but it is not enough to solve the issue. In order to improve tacit knowledge sharing in consulting enterprises, a package of measures is proposed: establishment a flat organizational structure, building sharing culture, improving rewards and punishment, adopting a friendly knowledge systems and establishment a proper knowledge management maturity.
