Abstract :
Artificial neural network (ANN) has proved to be a new kind of knowledge representation scheme and a new road to artificial intelligence. It is a method for designing a new kind of computer different from Von Neumann structure - a neural computer. The most important aspect in designing an ANN system or neural computer is learning. The learning procedure include many things, such as: what algorithm should be used in the learning procedure? what material should be used in the learning procedure? in what manner should the learning procedure be done? and how one should prepare the learning procedure? We believe the learning procedure of ANN is very similar to the education procedure of human being. This leads to the point of view of computer education. Based on this view, not from the standpoint of algorithm, this paper discuss some of the problems in the learning procedure of ANNs and neural computers
