Abstract :
A behavioural modelling of elements becomes a standard in circuit simulators. In some of the expressions, device descriptions are mixed with the netlist (dispersed modelling). We propose a simulator OPTIMA 3, with a flexible style of device modelling by means of blocks of a behavioural description, called compact modelling
