Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a new coordinated distributed scheduling algorithm based on the Proportional Scheduling (PS) approach, which is called PCDS, for Wireless Mesh Network (WMN). In which, a cross-layer design and some metrics which include service priority and staying time are introduced in order to meet different QoS demands and maintain fairness. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the network throughput, reduce transmission delay and guarantee the system fairness.
