Abstract :
The aim of this work is to develop a fast Neutron Emission LOcatoR based on silicon on Insulator detector (LORINE). This locator could be used in presence of significant flux of gamma radiation. With the collaboration of the CEA Valduc LORINE was developed to locate areas containing a significant amount of actinide during the dismantling operations of equipment. Location of fast neutron sources does not yet exist so compactly and it could be operated in the presence of very important gamma radiation flux.
