Abstract :
The paper deals with space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique for vector controlled of two-phase disk synchronous machine (TPDSM). It is supposed that machine is supplied by VSI three-leg inverter. A reference voltage vector located in the irregular hexagon is realized by adjusting six space vectors and two zero vectors. The switching sequence for the digital SVPWM technique and the scheme of the analogue SVPWM are also proposed in order to minimize the ripple content of the output current. Analysis for dynamic operation using a vector control scheme is carried out, and good assumptions for implementation of the scheme are obtained. Finally, the computer simulations using the technical computing Matlab-Simulink and the results of the experimental verification are presented to confirm and verify of the SVPWM technique.
