Abstract :
Summary form only given.Recently, the generation of the THz radiation has attracted much attention from the viewpoint of fundamental and applied physics. We have previously reported the significant enhancement of THz-radiation power from an InAs surface in a magnetic field irradiated with femtosecond pulses. The saturation of the THz-radiation power is observed in several geometries at high magnetic field. We have also reported the spectrum control of the THz radiation from InAs by changing the duration of the excitation pulses and magnetic field. In this presentation, we report on the optimum geometrical layout and the incidence-angle dependence of the THz-radiation power and spectrum.
