Abstract :
This essay analyses the finished vehicle logistics chain including a single supplier, distributor and retailer with the establishment of VMI and third-party logistics. Through dynamic simulation, comparative analysis of financial performance indicators, the article gives the conclusion: Based on the integration of third-party logistics and VMI, performances of supplier, retailer as well as the whole finished vehicle logistics chain has improved differently.
