  • Abstract
    This paper solves fleet planning problems involving shipping enterprises development strategy. Firstly, we estimate the parameters by using a grey GM(1,1) model. Secondly, we build a grey mixed integer programming model for fleet planning. In this model, the short-term ship deployment is combined with the long-term fleet development. Finally, the model is illustrated by an example.
