Abstract :
This paper presents the continuation of studies on the evaluation of load variation of selected railway traction substations. Later in this article a reference will be made to the adequacy of the adopted model and its parameters in the light of approximation of the mean substation load with high degree polynomials. A need has been identified to continue the research in order to find a more appropriate method of approximation of the characteristics of the analyzed traction loads.
