Abstract :
Through analyzing the quality of complex products, this paper reveals that the total quality of complex products is constituted by manufacture quality and lifecycle after-sale service quality. A quality evaluation model of complex products based on the Manufacture-Service Dual-Network is proposed by combining the STA (Success Tree Analysis) method and the GERT (Graph Evaluation and Review Technique) network. With quantitative and qualitative methods, this model presents a more scientific and reasonable approach to evaluate the quality of complex products. Case study shows the significance of quality of service.
